The short version
- The Score is a game with pretend money. Nothing can be won, bought or withdrawn.
- Use it at your own risk and keep nicknames civil, or I will remove them.
- Owtex is one person in the UK, not a company, and nothing here is for sale.
Use at your own risk
Owtex and The Score are made by one person in their spare time. You use them at your own risk. They are provided as they are, with no warranty of any kind: they may be slow, change, break or disappear, and I am not liable for any loss arising from using them, to the extent the law lets me say so.
Play money only
The Score uses pretend euros. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, deposited, withdrawn or exchanged, and you cannot win anything real. Balances and leaderboard positions are bragging rights and nothing else.
The leaderboard and nicknames
Nicknames must not be offensive, hateful, or someone else's name or personal details. I may reset the leaderboard, and may remove or change any entry or nickname that is abusive, offensive or looks like cheating or tampering, without notice.
Over 18
The Score looks like a slot machine, so it is for people aged 18 or over. If gambling-style games are a problem for you, please do not play. Support is available from BeGambleAware and GamCare.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is for the courts of England and Wales, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
